Job Description
As a Production Lead, you will maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area. You will oversee the wet pack area, manage production planning for materials, and supervise 1-2 team members responsible for inventory documentation and measuring materials to ensure accurate shipments.

Work Environment
You will work in a temperature-controlled environment with open bay doors. The job may require you to work inside and outside when loading or unloading vehicles. The position is for the 2nd shift (3:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.) with possible overtime until 1:30 a.m. Training will be provided from 6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., and mid-shift (10:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.) may be required for 2-3 weeks. Currently, there is no overtime, but this may change as production increases. If overtime is worked, the 1st shift will work 4-5 hours on Saturday, while the 2nd shift will work Monday through Friday until 1:30 a.m.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
