Job Description
The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for the manufacturing of coils and the assembly of finished products, as well as assigned soldering processes as required. This role involves ensuring product quality and compliance with production control documentation.
ResponsibilitiesSolder components, configure cabling, and configure wires (training provided)Manufacture products in compliance with production control documentationEnsure the quality of work meets all Quality System requirementsAssist with the movement of materials through the workstations and properly label all bins and traysEnsure product meets the current quality requirementsDocument time to appropriate manufacturing orders, following process specifications and production rulesEssential SkillsExperience with production, hand tools, general production, inspection, and mechanical assemblyComfortable using small hand tools for small part assembly and windingAbility to cross-train across the floor in assembly, soldering, wiring, and mechanical tasksAdditional Skills & QualificationsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentTeam playerGood work tenureReliable attendanceAbility to lift up to 20-30 poundsWhy Work Here?

Work Environment
Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday (Fridays are used for overtime). The work environment includes an open concept manufacturing floor with separate workstations for each employee, where the product flows from station to station.

This is a Contract position based out of Concord, New Hampshire.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
