Job Description
The technician is responsible for the manufacturing of coils and the assembly of finished products, as well as performing assigned soldering processes as required.
ResponsibilitiesSolder components, configure cabling, and configure wires (training provided)Manufacture products in compliance with production control documentationEnsure the quality of work meets all Quality System requirements for assigned tasksAssist with the movement of materials through workstations and properly label all bins and traysEnsure products meet current quality requirementsDocument time to appropriate manufacturing orders, following process specifications and production rulesEssential SkillsProficiency with small hand tools for small part assembly and windingAbility to cross-train across the floor in assembly, soldering, wiring, and mechanical tasksExperience with production, hand tools, general production, inspection, and mechanical assembly at an entry-levelGood work tenure and reliable attendanceAbility to lift up to 20-30 poundsAdditional Skills & QualificationsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentTeam playerWhy Work Here?

Work Environment
Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday with potential overtime on Fridays. The open-concept manufacturing floor features separate workstations for each employee, with products flowing from station to station. The environment is designed to ensure efficient workflow and collaboration.

Concord, New Hampshire.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
