Adecco is currently seeking an Assembly Technician to join our client’s team in Henrietta! This position plays a critical role in assembling and fabricating components to meet precise specifications and quality standards. If you enjoy hands-on work, have a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you! **Pay:** $19 - 22/hr + 10% shift differential **Key Responsibilities:** + Assemble materials, components, and subassemblies using lamination presses and shop equipment + Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, specifications, and work orders + Tag and label components and finished products as required + Inspect assembled parts to ensure conformance with specifications using precision measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, height gauges) + Identify and correct defects under the guidance of the Supervisor + Modify or fabricate parts as necessary using shop tools **Qualifications:** + High School Diploma or GED required + 1-2 years of mechanical assembly experience + Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately + Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed Apply now for immediate consideration! **Pay Details:** $18.00 to $22.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
