You will be accountable for performing complex assembly and testing tasks, following detailed instructions and procedures. Your expertise in assembly and testing techniques will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our production processes. You will report directly to our Assembly & Test Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Tempe, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the quality and performance of our products by ensuring that they meet the required specifications and standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the assembly and testing process. Your attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality work will contribute to the overall success of our operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform complex assembly and testing tasks according to instructions and procedures
• Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the assembly and testing processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the assembly and testing process
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve the quality and performance of our products
