Implement the assessment and design process for the new Area Programme
Collect macro and micro information from secondary and primary sources of informationIn coordination with the CESC coordinator, conduct all the activities of the assessment of the new AP.Support with the implementation of the design of the new AP.Collect sectoral information in the targeted communitiesConduct PRA meetings and workshops with different community stakeholders to assess the needs of the different villages.Review different reports, studies, and surveys related to the communities under studySupport the CESC coordinator in analyzing collected data about the different targeted villagesSupport the CESC coordinator in preparing all kinds of reports related to assessment according to WV standards and proceduresControl all expenses incurred during the assessment and design of the new AP.20%
Community engagement and trust building
Build and maintain community trust in WV in the targeted AP villages.Conduct public awareness activities to ensure proper community understanding of WV ADP approach and sponsorship philosophy.With the support of the CESC coordinator, ensure that all stakeholders in the community participate in all discussions related to the APBuild good relationships with local communities, CBOs and National/International NGOs working in the targeted area of the ADP20%
Child registration and ensure Child Engagement
Lead the process of recruiting new CDMs and support in building their capacity on sponsorship standards.Lead the process of registering new children in the sponsorship program.Ensure quality for sponsorship requirement and active child engagement and participation.10%
