Role Overview
The Assessment Content Data Lead will work within the Content Production and Onscreen Delivery team, reporting to the Head of Content Innovation. This role requires a deep understanding of data needs and align solutions with business goals. The individual must anticipate industry changes, driving improvements and leverage technology (e.g. e-authoring, item banking and onscreen delivery). The focus is on proven regulatory compliance, managing data related to exam issues, setting up team reporting success and enhancing quality and efficiency in assessment content delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Data Strategy & Management
Develop data tracking systems for content processes and ensure reporting accuracy. Implement data-driven strategies to improve content production and performance.Process Improvement & Compliance
Ensure regulatory compliance and documentation of assessment content processes. Lead process reviews, gap analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. Establish Smartsheet tracking systems and maintain integrity in workflow execution.Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a matrix manager, overseeing data outputs and reporting initiatives. Support content management teams in process development and system improvements. Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Innovation & Technology Integration
Drive AI integration, content digitization, and automation of assessment processes. Develop reporting tools using Tableau, Smartsheet, SQL, and MS Office Suite.Key Challenges
Managing high-quality, time-sensitive content production. Navigating new qualifications, technology, and process changes. Ensuring adherence to quality, security, and regulatory standards.Skills & Experience
Essential:
Strong data analysis, reporting, and process management skills. Experience in assessment content production or a similar field. Advanced proficiency in Smartsheet, Tableau, SQL, MS Office, and project tools. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.Desirable:
Project management experience. Familiarity with AI tools and digital assessment platforms.What We Offer
