**About the Role**
We are looking for a **highly organized and proactive Assessment Services Coordinator** to ensure the seamless delivery of assessments for schools and learners. This role is at the heart of our operations, managing exam schedules, ensuring quality control, and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**
**Exam Coordination:** Plan, create, and manage exam schedules to meet strict deadlines.
**Quality Assurance:** Ensure accuracy in assessment content, access arrangements, and logistical details.
**Stakeholder Management:** Communicate effectively with internal teams, invigilators, and external partners.
**Operational Support:** Maintain and track delivery records, assist with onboarding invigilators, and manage payment processing.
**Process Improvement:** Review and refine delivery procedures for efficiency and enhanced customer experience.
**Real-Time Exam Support:** Monitor and troubleshoot exam delivery to ensure a smooth experience for students.
**What We’re Looking For**
Proven experience in service delivery, operations, or a similar coordination role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and other relevant tools
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
