Asset and Facility Manager

The Asset & Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of company assets and facilities to support the company's operational goals. This includes ensuring all physical assets are properly maintained, utilized, and managed, as well as ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. The role involves the acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of equipment to ensure optimal performance and cost-efficiency. The manager will collaborate with various departments to maintain accurate asset records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, the manager will oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to ensure efficient maintenance operations. This includes coordinating with departments to ensure the CMMS supports the organization's maintenance strategies and objectives. Furthermore, the manager is responsible for ensuring that the buildings and their services meet the needs of the people working in them. This involves managing facility contractors, coordinating with service providers, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. **Main Responsibilities:** + Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize the use and maintenance of company assets. + Oversee the maintenance and repair of facilities, ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. + Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address any issues or areas for improvement. + Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to facility maintenance and services. + Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. + Manage the acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and disposal of equipment assets. + Develop and implement asset management policies and procedures. + Maintain accurate records of all equipment assets, including location, status, and maintenance history. + Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams to schedule and track equipment maintenance activities. + Conduct regular audits of equipment assets to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company standards. + Generate and analyze asset management reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. + Ensuring Work Orders have valuable detail for asset history + Assisting in all aspects of projects, including design work and approvals. + Supports capital improvement project work. + Follow the Health & Safety policy and guidelines. + Support with the development of Engineering Safety standards + Identify cost-savings opportunities without compromising quality and reliability **Managerial/Supervisory:** + Supervise Facility Contractors, Maintenance Engineering Planner, & Maintenance Scheduler + Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to direct reports. + Develop and implement training programs for EMU department alongside with the Training Manager. + Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless facility operations, integration of asset management processes + Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to direct reports. + Develop and manage the annual Facility Dept budget, providing regular updates to senior management on budget performance. + Work closely with the Procurement team to negotiate contracts with external vendors and service providers. **Requirements** + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. + Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance or facility management related field. + Proficiency in CMMS software and other facility & asset management tools. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Familiarity with cGMP standards and regulatory requirements. + Experience with budget management and cost control. _Kedrion Biopharma offers a number of benefits to qualifying employees, including:_ _- Medical, vision and dental insurance_ _- Life and AD&D insurance_ _- Paid holidays_ _- PTO accrual_ _- and much more!_ _Please let us know if you would like further details regarding the benefits that we offer to our qualifying employees, and we would be glad to provide you with our full benefits guide, as well as answering any questions you may have!_ **Please be advised that our organization participates in E-verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S. For more information on E-verify, please contact the Dept. of Homeland Security.** **_Please note that salary ranges are calculated based off levels of: relevant experience, education and certifications._** _All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard_ _to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status._
