The Asset & Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of company assets and facilities to support the company's operational goals. This includes ensuring all physical assets are properly maintained, utilized, and managed, as well as ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. The role involves the acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of equipment to ensure optimal performance and cost-efficiency. The manager will collaborate with various departments to maintain accurate asset records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, the manager will oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to ensure efficient maintenance operations. This includes coordinating with departments to ensure the CMMS supports the organization's maintenance strategies and objectives. Furthermore, the manager is responsible for ensuring that the buildings and their services meet the needs of the people working in them.
