Job responsibilities:
Provide support to the Sales team to fully understand requirements and timescales for mobilisations, transitions and transformations.
Support and encourage Mitie objectives and a ‘one team' culture - communicate objectives, and act as single point of contact to stakeholders (both internal and external) within specified projects.
Help work stream leads understand and meet expectations and standards within projects e.g. comms, time, risks, reporting, processes etc.
Continuous improvement of the projects & Asset Care processes.
Project management - timeline of mobilisation, transition, transformation, and demobilsation and any other projects as appropriate.
Join up with customer plans and other programmes.
Support the implementation of all joined up Mitie activities.
Collation and creation of reporting within specified perameters, maintaining a smooth transition and handover at end of the project.
Liaison with other key suppliers and any other bodies as appropriate.
Ensuring that the asset detail is complete and accurate to both operational policy and contractual compliance.
Support all TST teams as and when required.
Provide Technical support, delivering asset management solutions and visible support to the business management teams.
To assist the team in effectively identifying and managing technical/operational improvements and compliance aspects associated with our full range of service delivery within the business.
Lead by example with regards to health and safety, compliance with statutory and contractual legislative requirements.
To compile analysis and present asset compliance and technical training reports, highlighting trends and issues, and devise improvement measures as appropriate.
Support the Asset Collection team with data analysis and feedback to improve operation.
Review and improvement of maintenance regime/ strategies.
Co-ordinate with the Mitie Regional Systems/ CAFM team to understand best practice being rolled out and liaise with the client team on potential amendments.
Supply contract FMR and be able to present to our clients effectively.

Essential competencies:
Highly organised individual.
General understanding of commercial tendering process and associated activities.
Excellent oral and written English.
Experience in writing & production of reports/proposals.
Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with wide range of people. Including management of meetings and conference calls.

Experience of working to tight and strict deadlines.
To remain calm under pressure.
Be flexible for occasional late working and travel.
Expert level in core Microsoft office IT Skills (Excel, Word & Power Point)
Practical operational experience of asset management and maintenance operation.
Good Understanding of CAFM Systems and Compliance Requirements.
Analytical thinker with demonstrated problem solving skills
Self-motivated team player able to work on own initiative whilst interfacing with senior management, operational teams and client contact points.
Project Management
Previous experience within a technical role within in the industry.

Understanding of operational and back office systems, including document repositories e.g. SharePoint.
Familiar with Maximo & integrated softwares.
