Full Time | Monday to Friday | 7 am/8 am start time **Pay:** $22 - $25 an hour **Duration:** Temp to Hire (long-term opportunity) **Responsibilities:** + Issue and track customer units for services provided by external vendors and manage billing. + Coordinate the movement of customer equipment for calibration or repair, ensuring timely return. + Review customer purchase orders for required services. + Respond to customer inquiries on job status, liaise with management or technicians, and communicate updates to customers. + Perform necessary operations to maintain workflow, meet schedules, and uphold quality standards. **Requirements:** + Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in a similar role. + Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. + Team-oriented with strong work ethic and multitasking skills. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Meticulous attention to detail, committed to producing accurate and high-quality work. + Able to work a flexible schedule with occasional overtime. **Preferred:** + Experience handling customer inquiries by phone. + Previous experience with quoting is a plus. + Prior experience with invoicing is preferred. **Benefits:** Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
