Asset Finance Manager (UK&I)

Manage and oversee the implementation of asset financing, pricing models and strategies designed to optimise revenue, market share, brand positioning and long-term profits. Partner with Sales/Marketing, Business Development, Finance and other key stakeholders to correctly position product portfolio and establish pricing programs aligned with product/sales strategy and revenue recognition requirements.

What you will do

Market Stryker Flex Financial products and programs to customers and facilitate the sale of capital equipment.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows: 

Assist in the development and implementation of the country business plan for Flex Financial in UK & Ireland countries.

Be the subject matter expert and point of contact for the divisions on asset-based financing and other complex transactions.

Provide training and support to sales teams on the use of financial products and solutions.

Partner with divisional managers, regional managers to improve the use of Flex Financial solutions.

Ensure the finalisation of transactions and the necessary documentation.

Research and develop opportunities for new solutions.

Research new business opportunities, new financing opportunities, etc.

Achieve revenue targets while helping to improve divisional profitability.

What you will need

Typical higher education background University, Business School, Engineering School or MBA.

10+ years’ experience in leasing, equipment financing / medical device sales.

Preferably experience in a medical equipment leasing company or in the financing division of a medical manufacturer.

Knowledge of financial products, accounting regulations, pricing practices, operational requirements and transaction structures applicable to asset finance.

Fluency in English is required, any other languages are a plus.

Very good command of the Office package.

Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.

Very good organisational skills.

Excellent communication skills.
