Job DescriptionMachine Performance - Roles and ResponsibilitiesEnsure an understanding of GE Aerospace Environmental, Health and Safety framework, compliance and risk management requirementsOverall responsibility for Contractor Management and Safety programs.Support and improve an effective Machine Maintenance Program including, preventive maintenance, calibrations, asset database integrity, spare parts/materials inventoryEnsure and improve Maintenance Team effectiveness and build work management systems, using current Maintenance Management System and planning resources for daily and weekly scheduling to support business priorities.Develop Standard Work to integrate with Daily Shop Management systems and to ensure effective and timely maintenance support to address escalated issues that may impact safety, quality and delivery to the customerLeverage maintenance team resources through development of structured problem-solving rhythms and skillsEnsure a continuous improvement mindset by tracking key asset performance metrics, analyzing failure mode data and executing improvement projects targeted at top problems identifiedSupport and situationally lead technology development and improvement initiatives through collaborations and resource sharing with other Muskegon Support TeamsEnsure sustained integrity and growth of Muskegon’s Machine Data Collection infrastructure and foster continuous improvement through use of data driven digital problem-solving tools and leverage gained insights through development of condition-based AI for machine and process monitoring
Facility Performance - Roles and ResponsibilitiesEnsure an understanding of GE Aerospace Environmental, Health and Safety framework, compliance and risk management requirementsEnsure no open risk management recommendations from Factory Mutual site visits and that all FM recommended inspections are completedEnsure reliability and performance of centralized support process including compressed air systems, grinding oil filtration, process cooling water systemsIdentify and execute projects that support meeting sustainability targets for the sitesManage building envelope and site maintenance program; roofing, asphalt paving, grounds maintenance, snow removal and de-icingSustain and improve condition and control of building systems such as HVAC and LightingEnsure integrity of site security apparatus including physical perimeter, site access control and security camerasDefine and execute facility improvement projects to sustain, improve and grow the business. Develop capital funding plans and budgets
Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree accredited college or universityMinimum of 5 years of working experience building and leading teams to support equipment maintenance activities and projects in a manufacturing environment.
