About the Role
As an Asset Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for ensuring accurate asset records and supporting the management of facilities. Your key duties will include:
Conducting physical inspections of assets across the site and updating records in the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Creating records for undocumented assets and disposing of records for assets no longer in use. Verifying and resolving discrepancies between recorded and physical assets. Working collaboratively with internal teams to maintain data accuracy and efficiency. Ensuring compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.About You
We’re looking for candidates with:
Australian Citizenship (due to security requirements). Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). The ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision. Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills.
