Asset Management, Product Strategy, Vice President

The Product Strategy EMEA group sits within the Global Product Strategy and Development team, which is responsible for shaping and positioning the suite of products at JPMAM. The team provides comprehensive research, thought leadership and competitive differentiation of JPMAM’s investment capabilities to expand distribution and the quality of product coverage representative of our global franchise.

Job summary:

As a Product Strategy Vice President within the Product Strategy EMEA group, you will report directly to the Head of Product Strategy EMEA. Your role will involve leading key strategic initiatives such as Sustainable Investing, ETFs, and Alternatives. You will also contribute to the growth of our Portfolio Insights Analytics program by analyzing client portfolios and presenting insights. Additionally, you will cover a specific asset class and/or sales team, collaborating with internal teams and understanding the competitive landscape to provide insights. This role requires strong leadership skills as you will be engaging and presenting to senior leaders globally.

Job responsibilities:

Interfacing with investment teams and Product Development to drive product innovationInterfacing with the Funds and Institutional businesses on a number of sales initiatives and requests, presenting at team meetings and to their clientsPresenting to clients across strategic partnerships and portfolio insights analytics to position our broad JPMAM fund rangeCollaborating with marketing and training to drive clear messaging, develop value propositions and communications of our product rangeAssisting with the preparation of presentations for senior management in EMEA and globallyMentoring junior members of the Product Strategy EMEA team

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills 

7+ years of experience in asset managementStrong analytical, communication, project management and cross-organization collaboration skills requiredInfluencing and interpersonal skills and comfort in working with people at all levels across all functionsDemonstrate ability to influence and gain senior management buy-in on key initiatives

CFA or MBA a plus
