Each new client is assigned to a Client Service team which consists of a Client Advisor, Client Account Manager, Portfolio Manager and Investment Specialist.
As a Client Service Executive – Vice President with a focus in fund business within Asset Management, you will bring extensive managerial, performance and project management experience, along with a background in Taiwan's Asset Management and ideally knowledge in ETFs. Your role will be crucial in identifying and addressing risks and issues in client service and resource management, while supporting business needs and operations to achieve optimal results within agreed operating model framework. You will collaborate closely with sales, legal, compliance, operations, and overseas client service teams to solve problems and drive execution.

Over ten years of experience in financial services, specializing in client service management, people management, projects and change, and/or experience in working in Taiwan as well as global teams. Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset; able to negotiate with senior contact points in clients’ offices; collaborate with sales and internal partners to drive client experience and service delivery and execution. Detail-oriented, diligent, and capable of multitasking in a team environment. In-depth knowledge of regulations, products, and services. Adaptable to change, supporting strategies for business transformation. Proven ability to contribute to building high-performing teams, emphasizing continuous learning and be a culture carrier. Results-oriented, ensuring solutions meet client needs and align with the firm's goals. Experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
