Seeking an experienced ETF Capital markets expert to join our onshore Asset Management business.

As a Vice President in the ETF team, you will be instrumental in establishing our onshore ETF platform in partnership with our service vendor and internal partners. You'll support the launch of our ETF Fund and ensure seamless operations and exceptional stakeholder management across our ETF offerings.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain relationships with Market Makers, Authorized Participants and ETF Sales/Trading Desks. Educate market participants about new and existing products to promote product suite across the broker dealer community.  Monitor Bid-Ask Spreads and Premiums across our product line and communicate issues with the Lead Market Makers  Act as a conduit between the Portfolio Management team and the Authorized Participants to assure a smooth create-redeem process. Provide clients and prospects, internal and external client facing salespeople and/or intermediaries with ongoing education, updates, and facts about our investment products.  Assist clients with ETF trading and provide education about industry practices to achieve best execution.  As part of a global Capital markets team, collaborate with the Capital markets colleagues in APAC, EMEA and US to leverage our overall AP and MM relations                                                                                                                                                                                                              

 Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

3+ years of experience in the asset management/financial services industry, specifically in domestic and international listed and Over The Counter (OTC) equities, with direct experience in ETF Capital Markets or ETF trading. Strong knowledge of ETF mechanics, including the factors that drive ETF pricing, creation/redemption, liquidity and spreads, premiums and discounts, tax efficiency, etc.  Strong interpersonal skills. Communicate effectively (oral and written) before large audiences as well as one-on-one with clients.  Multi-asset knowledge including equities, fixed income, and derivatives.  Understanding of current exchange and market structure environment and the eagerness to stay current on upcoming changes across the ETF ecosystem Strong technical skills (Excel, Bloomberg, Reuters, Python) and other coding languages etc.

Mandarin speaking / business proficiency Understanding of the institutional and retail trade flow process as well as the strategies, best practices, and electronic platforms each use to execute trades., Master’s degree from top universities Strong analytical skills with the ability and desire to break down complex problems and create effective solution
