As an Associate Sales Support in the Private Wealth Alternatives APAC Team, you will perform a broad range of business support functions that require confidentiality, diligence and self-motivation. You will possess excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively and multi-task efficiently. You will not only observe established procedures, processes and guidelines when performing assigned tasks, but also exercise good judgment and appropriate discretion to drive team initiatives, coordinate projects and produce timely, high quality results that are in line with the team’s objectives and best interests.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare regular and ad-hoc client reports on a regular basis Prepare sales-related materials for both internal and external use, including presentations, pitchbooks, and business proposals Drive initiatives and coordinate communication with internal stakeholders, e.g. senior management, control functions, marketing and investment teams Handle requests and respond to enquiries from clients/business partners Support Private Wealth Alternatives Client Advisors proactively in all aspects of sales efforts and relationship management Liaise with relevant internal and external business partners on system/workflow enhancement, compliance- and regulatory-required policies and projects Coordinate events planning Review and identify ways to streamline sales and operation processes on an on-going basis Assist in gathering information on emerging trends within the financial intermediaries communityRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills:
University Degree with minimum 3 years of relevant finance experience Strong communication skills, language skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese are required (both written and spoken). Japanese and Korean will have additional merit Self-starter who is adaptive, fast-learning, communicative, well-organized, and detail-oriented Exceptional aptitude for following up and following through on assigned tasks Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Based in Hong Kong, with support coverage of APAC Global mindset – ability to identify synergies with global counterparts Team player, strong communicator, problem solverPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
