Candidate ProfileQualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Business, Accounting or other related field with 4-6 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and years of related experience.Experience:2-4 years of relevant industry experience, ideally in renewable energy financeExperience in financial asset management, project finance, or project developmentSkills:Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.Strong written and oral communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and ability to work closely with members of different business groups and functions of a fast-paced global company at all levels.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products, especially advanced ExcelDetail oriented, self-motivated and strong work ethic with the ability to proactively manage diverse relationships and multiple, complex projects simultaneously.Knowledge of renewable energy technologies, solar markets and related regulatory issues as well as Renewable Energy Credits and other market incentive programs (i.e. CA’s Small Generator Incentive Program or NEPOOL’s DG Capacity Market).
