Job Description:The Asset Management Coordinator will maintain the organizations asset inventory, by ordering and supplying necessary assets while maintaining accurate records of all procurement, transfers and retirements. Coordinate deployment of equipment in new construction and remodeled facilities.

Manage inventory and ensure procurement requests are created when inventory reaches a pre-determined levelSupport, maintain, control, and update asset inventories, including new, re-deployable, project-related, and retired technologyCoordinate equipment deployment for new construction and remodel projectsAccept deliveries and perform initial validation of products receivedIdentify discrepancies between items received and packing slipsEscalate delivery issues associated with an external vendor into procurement functionTransfer assets between stock roomsCreate procurement requestsIssue purchase ordersProvide purchase order information associated with maintenance contractsProvide information regarding approved vendorsProvide details of contractual agreements with vendorsCollaborate with Process Owner on process changes/continual improvement

Required Qualifications:

Skills with Microsoft Office ApplicationsExcellent organizational and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Asset Management, Logistics or Warehousing experienceExperience in IT procurement and\or asset management using ServiceNow or similar CMDBHealthcare ExperienceAssociate Degree in Information Technology, Accounting or Business Management
