In the Asset Management Engineer role, you will have an opportunity to work alongside a dynamic team of industry professionals across the Critical Environments (CE) spectrum within Microsoft’s 24x7x365 mission-critical datacenters (DCs). You will be serving as a mission critical infrastructure subject-matter-expert with accountabilities that include, but are not limited to, development, maintenance, and delivery of global programs. Your primary focus will be to drive the safe, secure, and reliable maintenance and operation of our critical infrastructure equipment, ultimately driving maintenance strategies that are in alignment with Reliability Centered Maintenance practices that ensure the business can support the unprecedented growth demand. You will monitor the execution of these programs and identify opportunities for continuous improvements. You will be expected to leverage your industry experience along with knowledge from industry governing bodies in developing these programs. You will be expected to document and implement best practices and learnings from the field as they apply to Microsoft’s global mission critical infrastructure.

This role is located either in one or all hub locations - Atlanta, GA, Washington, D.C., Redmond, WA, San Antonio, TX or Phoenix, AZ. Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates must ​relocate or reside within 50 miles of the hub office location. This role is eligible for hybrid or remote work, up to 100%.
