The Asset Management, Client Service division is responsible for maintaining the Client Service vision, strategy and day to day management of over 1800 Asset Management clients across the Institutional, Sub Advisory, and Alternatives client businesses. Responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing client relationships while maximizing opportunities and further penetrating target markets to achieve business goals. The Client Service team works heavily on process improvements and driving change through collaboration across all businesses from Sales, Investments, Technology, Legal, and Operations. As a Shareholder Services Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering high quality service and support to financial advisors and investors of J.P. Morgan Funds. You will participate in a thorough training program covering all service and technical aspects of mutual funds and 529 college savings plans.
