Description The role consist of the following daily tasks: • Monitor - file downloads (SEIMA), for order Extracts or Order Draws, Extracts on WMS. • Execute Pick Tag Breakdown - (manually folding tags), by sortation of Assignments and Routes & distribute Pick Tags at mutually agreed area. (Typically, outside the computer rooms back door). Print & deliver TBASR, RCUBE, EXTRA, Wave reports. (additional reports as needed or as requested.) • Execute Pick Tag re-prints - At the request of the customer pick tags may need to be re-printed. (Whole tag files, by assignment, by sequence, whole extract). • Material Returns - printing, breaking down dealers and supervisor's tags, processing envelopes, file and prepping tote for delivery. • Stock - Inventory, replenishing daily supplies (including, but not limited to: MR tags, PC302 forms, tag printer ribbons, OVN tags, pick tags, green bar paper, toners for various printers, copy paper. •Cover WMS launch activities. Skills Application support, Help desk, Customer service, Help desk support, Troubleshooting, Windows, Support, Sql Top Skills Details Application support,Help desk,Customer service,Help desk support,Troubleshooting,Windows Additional Skills & Qualifications Typical task breakdown – they will be responsible for printing tags and doing extract work, coming into the computer room set up and get the tags ready, for example - amazon package with a sticker this is what they mean by a tag, each site will print 15-30,000 tags day, make sure the printers are working and do extract work. After set up in the morning the order will come in from the mainframe system, operations will go through the host file get the extracts ready for the day, every hour there is a different extract, put them together send them to the printer, take tags off and go through them, complete check list put them on a cart and give them to the business. This role will be 90% tags 10% traditional IT work. The IT work will be break fix, figure out what queue to put them in. Do some IT work, interaction where people might ask for help with their laptop not fixing the problem but go to the broader team and see who can help with the issue Interaction level with the team – 13 sites that they manage, 32 total people, each site there is a total of 2-3 operators , the contractor will work with them and the lead at each site. Majority of interaction is with other operators, general supervisors. Work environment – computer rooms are 20x30 room with 8 printers, industrial printers, there are some desks they will sit at, the warehouse is a typical warehouse. Warehouse must wear a vest, computer room is business casual. Chance for an extension – yes, chance for an extension Monday – Friday 2nd shift Hours will be 11:00AM-7:30PM or 10:30AM-6:30PM Onsite 5 days – no remote 1 position in Charlotte (will have random OT on the weekend) Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
