We're looking for an Asset Manager to join our Property team based in London.
Location: London, hybrid working available, with travel to the office and sites required 3 days a week
Contract: Full Time - Permanent
What will you be responsible for?
As an Asset Manager, you'll be working within the Kier Property Team, supporting them in the implementation of business plans, specific projects and managing asset performance.
Your day to day will include:
Initiate and control asset management initiatives including lettings, lease restructuring and improved planning consents.
Manage and appointment of external consultants in achieving asset level objectives;
Complete initiatives which maximise rental income and reduce project costs, to improve asset performance.
Co-ordinate the rent review programme, undertake rent reviews, select and appoint agents to act on rent reviews where appropriate, and other major Landlord & Tenant work.
Supervise and liaise with managing agents who are responsible for rent collection, chasing arrears, provision of services, assignments, tenant's alterations, outgoings, giving instructions and seeking authority as appropriate.
What are we looking for?
This role of Asset Manager is great for you if:
MRICS 1-2 years PQE
Excellent numeracy and analytical skills;
Confident, pro-active, hardworking and highly professional individual;
Have the ability to build and maintain a network of industry contacts – attending networking events and industry functions outside of core hours when required
