About the Role:
Perform reoccurring and ad-hoc analysis, providing financial and operational insight to the Asset Management
team by performing various budgeting, forecasting, planning, and reporting analyses.
What You Will Do:
Advise and document values of current and potential financed assets. This includes market research onequipment trends and forecasts to determine accurate current and future values of equipment. Work directly with Credit and Sales to price multiple financial products, including leases and loans. Assist in
facilitating competitive deal structures to drive new business volume and impact company growth. Work directly with Sales and/or customers to provide various FMV purchase and lease renewal options
including forecasting expected results and analyzing the economic impact that options will have on
financial reporting. Assist with the remarketing of off-lease equipment through a combination of dealers, brokers, and end-users. Other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need:
Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complexissues in creative and effective ways. Some barriers to entry exist at this level (e.g., dept/peer review). Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable
factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent education and work experience. Master's degree
preferred. Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a bachelor’s or equivalent. Knowledge of a wide range of asset types and an understanding of various finance structures. Strong understanding of secondary market performance for a wide variety of asset classes. Solid understanding of valuation methodologies and secondary market behavior for various asset classes Proficient in Microsoft Excel Understanding of financial modeling Understanding of superTRUMP and T-Value pricing calculators preferred

Salary range: $82,918.25 – $153,136.92
The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
