The work schedule for this role is Monday-Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, however, various hours may be required based on business demand.
As an Asset Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for daily support activities of regulated and non regulated assets and data management throughout the campus, including:
+ Verifying the condition of incoming assets against purchase orders, documenting any damage or discrepancies
+ Monitoring asset movement within the facility using tracking systems and updating asset locations in the database
+ Handling sensitive, heavy, high value assets/equipment
+ Following proper procedures for retiring or disposing of outdated or damaged assets, including documentation and recordkeeping
+ Accurately recording asset details (serial numbers, descriptions, location) into the asset management system and applying appropriate tags
+ Receiving, storing, and distributing company assets within a warehouse or facility, ensuring accurate inventory tracking and proper handling of valuable equipment, often utilizing specialized knowledge of asset management systems to maintain detailed records and optimize the movement of assets
+ Regularly conducting physical inventory checks to ensure accuracy of asset records and address any discrepancies
+ Properly storing assets in designated areas based on their type and value, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment
+ Tagging every product and placing them accordingly
+ Identifying and locating the right products during the delivery process
+ Keeping a well-maintained and updated account of stock and inventory
+ Operates forklifts, box truck, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move and deliver items from receiving dock to final destination
+ Learns and adheres to workplace safety regulations.
+ Loading and unloading inventory from loading docks, delivery trucks, storage areas, and production areas.
+ Recording the number of units handled and moved every day using production sheets.
+ Complying with all safety and health regulations.
+ Efficient and safe use of hand tools as required.
+ Cleans worksites, including hauling of debris and trash to the dumpster, cleaning tools and equipment and ensuring tools, materials and equipment are stored properly.
+ Complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GxP).
+ All work to be scheduled and completed from a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
+ Plan and schedule onsite vendor assist moves and installs
+ Ensuring temperature transmitter installs/removals, initial /final calibrations, Building Management Systems (BMS) connection/disconnection, Honeywell installs, and compliance validations are completed on all GxP refrigerators, freezers, and incubators.
+ Performing field work related to different job requests including, but not limited to mechanical spaces, roofs, electrical rooms, powerhouse, laboratories, and outdoors.
+ Submitting requests to add new and remove decommissioned equipment to Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules.

**Communication**
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint
+ Ability to communicate clearly via phone
+ Ability to work closely with customer during site emergencies.
+ Excellent oral and written communications
+ Excellent interpersonal skills, i.e., listening to customer needs, articulating path forward and giving solutions that provide value to the customer, etc.
+ Accurately document electronic and paper cataloging system to provide information to customer or regulatory personnel.
+ Strive for quick complaint resolution; to resolve problems on the first call and avoid escalation of issues through operational knowledge.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ 3 years’ maintenance or asset handling experience or demonstrated equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Active US Drivers license
+ Experience operating material handling box truck, pallet stacker, forklift, lift gates, mobile elevated work platforms, mobile table lift carts
+ Familiarity with safety measures in dealing with material handling, skills with various material handling equipment
+ Excellent customer communication and customer service skills required
+ Ability to pass a medical evaluation for respirator use and be able to successfully complete a fit test for several types of respirators.
+ Ability to obtain a security access badge at our client’s location.
+ Ability to read and understand information contained in a variety of documents or displayed on a computer screen. Demonstrated fluency in computer use including the full Microsoft product line.
+ Ability to obtain an appropriate driver's license issued by the State Department of Motor Vehicles, as requested.
+ Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization. Note: US Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required for facility credentials/authorization at this work location.
+ This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization.
**Some physical/special requirements include:**
+ Regularly lift to 50 lbs
+ Regularly climb ladders, steps, and scaffolding
+ Repetitive motions: bend, stoop, squat, kneel, stretch, reach, wrist movement
+ Walk extensively throughout the plant during shift
+ Work at an accelerated pace in emergency conditions
+ Ability to differentiate colors pertaining to wire color-coding
+ Wear steel toe safety shoes, safety glasses, gloves, hard hats, and other Personal Protective Equipment as needed.
+ Cope with demands (stressors) that are associated with the job and/or the work environment.
**Preferred Requirements**
+ Technical degree preferred.
+ Experience working in a GMP or similar regulated environment such as hospitals, biomedical or pharmaceutical campuses
+ Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
+ Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and asset management software
+ Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
+ Ability to operate material handling equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks
+ Knowledge of inventory control practices
+ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
+ Physical ability to lift and move heavy items
+ Ability to read and understand repair manuals, specifications, drawings, and schematic diagrams.
+ Experience working with heavy industrial or manufacturing plant steam systems, centrifugal chillers, air handling units, turbines, boilers, cooling towers, air compressors, air dryers, heat exchangers, exhaust systems, pneumatic controls, and building automation control systems.
+ Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS); EAMS experience is a plus.
+ Experience interpreting a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
