About the Role
Were seeking an Asset Performance Engineer to join our team in Byesville, OH. This role is pivotal in driving equipment reliability and optimizing maintenance strategies. Youll focus on improving uptime, reducing repair durations, and supporting the deployment of predictive maintenance technologies. With new equipment installations underway, this is a great opportunity to make a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities
+ Analyze equipment performance trends and identify reliability improvement opportunities.
+ Lead investigations into equipment failures using structured problem-solving techniques.
+ Optimize maintenance routines and schedules to enhance asset availability.
+ Champion predictive maintenance initiatives and expand their application across the site.
+ Track and report on key metrics such as uptime, failure rates, and repair times.
+ Support documentation and technical input for capital investment projects.
Qualifications and Skills
+ Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineeringor a related technical discipline.
+ Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
+ Collaborative team member who can also work independently to drive results.
+ Clear and confident communicator, both in writing and in presentations.
+ Experience with statistical tools and data analysis platforms.
+ Familiarity with reliability engineering methodologies such as FMEA, Weibull analysis, and root cause techniques.
Compensation Data
The typical hiring range for this role is $75,602 to $123,432 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
