Asset & Planned Maintenance Coordinator
Key Government Client Hybrid Role Location: Flexibility to work either form Parramatta or Berkshire Office Full Time Permanent Role

 

As the Asset & Planned Maintenance Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by effectively managing asset maintenance schedules and coordinating planned maintenance activities. Your strong administrative skills and willingness to learn will be instrumental in driving efficiency and optimizing the performance of our assets. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate asset maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.  Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate planned maintenance activities.  Maintain accurate records and documentation related to asset management and maintenance.  Assist in the implementation of maintenance strategies to improve asset performance.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and optimization.

 

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on maintenance coordination. Strong administrative skills, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. Monday to Friday availability, with the flexibility to work one day from home.
