About the Role:
Lead diverse customer-centric solutions that deliver mutual benefits for both customers and CHEP, while aligning with sustainability and operational goals.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify, design, and implement innovative, data-driven strategies that address customer challenges.
Strengthen customer relationships by addressing their needs through developing actionable solutions and ensuring their efficient execution and impact.
Key Responsibilities may include:
Engage with customers to understand their challenges, listening carefully to identify opportunities for value creation and tailored solutions.Lead customer collaboration projects aimed at reducing waste in packaging, transport, asset loss and other supply chain inefficiencies.Collaborate with internal teams, including sustainability, commercial, and operations, to design and implement customer solutions that align with CHEP’s strategic goals.Work closely with customers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring smooth implementation and delivering measurable value to both the customer and CHEP.Support the development and execution of digital transformation and sustainability initiatives that drive customer engagement and operational improvement.Develop and present data-driven insights, proposals, and value propositions to customers, showcasing the mutual benefits of proposed solutions.Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective collaboration in delivering customer solutions.Drive customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and ensuring that solutions address key customer needs, while supporting CHEP’s sustainability goals.
