Make your mark for patients
We are looking for an Asset Program Lead in Rheumatology to join us in our new Integrated Program Management team, based in our Headquarters in Brussels, Belgium.
About the role
The Asset Program Manager will drive the defined outcomes to maximize the potential of assets for the benefit of patients, stakeholders, and UCB. The Asset Program Manager oversees the entire lifecycle of these assets, from acquisition and utilization to maintenance and end of lifecycle. The role is more strategic, focusing on maximizing the value and return on investment of these assets for the organization. They will also oversee multiple related projects aimed at improving or maintaining these assets.
Who you'll work with
You will report directly to the Head of Integrated Program Management and work closely with the Asset Head, Asset Functional Leads, as well as the Integrated Program Management Leadership Team. In this role, You will have line management responsibilities for Asset Project Managers, including appropriate allocation within the Asset.

Bachelor's Degree requiredPost Graduate Qualification in Relevant Discipline PreferredProgram and Project Management Certification or Qualification e.g. PMPAt least 10 years of experience in Project ManagementExperience working in the Pharmaceutical Industry, especially Phase 3, Regulatory Filings and Product LaunchesExperience working with global, multi-cultural teams and complex deliverables.
