A large financial institution is looking for an Asset Servicing Analyst to join their Global Banking and Markets Operations division. This person will be brought on for a long term initiative supporting Asset Services path to stability project has been approved to create a staffing and processing model that will allow us to have a proactive operating environment and a culture of risk and control. Experienced resources with core Asset Services processing experience with Voluntary, Mandatory, Dividends and reconciliation experience are necessary to imbed with the existing global Asset Services teams to support volumes, complexity and aged breaks. These resources will need industry experience of the trade lifecycle and understand the upstream and downstream interdependencies with the Asset Services processes.



This person will provides technical and analytical support in a global markets operations function for one or more operations product areas. They will be responsible for the analysis and resolution of complex operations problems and initiatives requiring exceptional handling and/or coordination of multiple operational and/or product specialists to resolve. This may include supporting projects and/or the introduction of new initiatives, systems, products/services and processes, coordinating necessary expertise across multiple operations functions and/or products. As a technical expert, may also function as an influencer, suggesting work direction and technical guidance to less experienced employees in resolving complex transactions and operational problems. Requires extensive experience in an operations support function with thorough working knowledge of fundamental business structure and operational aspects for specific transactions and products. As a technical expert, will consult on a wide variety of topics across functional and business support lines.





Responsibilities:

Role will support the build out and execution of an Event Management layer across the AMRS operations insuring awareness and execution

Role requires senior level experience in the voluntary corporate actions supporting International Prime Brokerage and Global Custody Businesses

Role requires a deep understanding of settlement cycle Reorg life events including dividends, proxy, class actions, and mandatory corporate actions

Role manages dialogue with both production teams along with internal and external stakeholders and clients
