The Asset Transfer Services (ATS) Department balances incoming and outgoing transfer requests for Schwab clients. ATS strives to lead the industry by crafting the best transfer experience for our clients, internal business partners, and contra/brokerage firms.

 

You will perform a variety of functions and services for our Schwab Advisor Services and Investor Services client groups. This includes but is not limited to processing transfer paperwork, reviewing assets for acceptability to transfer, communicating directly with clients, business partners, and other financial institutions. Additionally, the Team Lead is involved in supporting the manager with the daily operations of the team (coordinating workflow, completing supervisory responsibilities, etc.)

Required Qualifications

Be flexible to switch gears throughout the day to address high priority items and focus the team on specific items as competing demands arise.The ability to provide excellent customer service on inbound and outbound calls and via written communication, while also building and sustaining positive relationships with clients, internal business partners, and contra firms.The ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy, assess risk, and make sound business judgement decisions when working on highly complex or escalated situations.Experience working with multiple systems in a dual monitor environment, and basic computer skills (including Microsoft Office products).Take initiative to perform day to day tasks with limited guidance or direct supervision, ability to demonstrate leadership skills, and problem solve.Experience in training and developing team members and be comfortable providing feedback to others.Comfortable leading or serving as a Subject Mater Expert on different projects/initiatives for the department.Desire to move into a people leader role within a couple years.Active Series 7 & Series 63 FINRA licenses.  Options Apply for this jobApplyShareRefer a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
