Third Party Wealth

Based in Hong Kong, the individual will be joining the GSAM’s South and Southeast Asia Client Business Team with a focus on broadening and deepening relationships via seamless client onboarding, documentation management, and ongoing client servicing in the Private Banking and Retail Banking client channels in Hong Kong.

 

Principle Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal departments to provide relevant and timely market and product information and day to day support.Respond to client inquiries and assist the sales team in preparing presentations and materials for external use.Maintain and manage product collateral for offerings, particularly the Chinese translationsSupports clients through the implementation, client onboarding, and training activitiesEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures during client interactions.Organize marketing collateral and manage digital initiatives to support sales activities.Deliver timely and accurate sales reports, track client activities, and monitor pipeline status.Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in CRM systems and other databases.Analyze sales trends, product performance, and client feedback to support strategic decisions. Assist with meetings, events, and conferences, including handling logistics and post-event follow-ups.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.At least 2 years of experience in sales support, asset management, or wealth management.Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and data analytics tools like Morningstar.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Familiarity with asset management products, financial markets, and client relationship management.Proven ability to build relationships through active listening and delivering client service to the highest standards.Ability to demonstrate a client centric and outcome focused mindsetSelf-motivated team player with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a collegial, fast moving, demanding, and dynamic environment.Impeccable integrity and trustworthiness.
