The National Accounts team is part of Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM) Americas Third Party Wealth (TPW) Business and responsible for leading the business development strategy for third party wealth management clients.
How You Will Fulfill Your Potential
Examples of responsibilities are listed below:
Support senior sales professionals with business development effortsExecute on marketing campaigns to drive sales into focus products (mutual funds, ETFs, alternatives investments)Manage marketing review process with internal and external clientsHandle all logistics related to advisor conferences and client meetingsCreate compliance-approved presentations for client meetingsSend weekly email to sales force highlighting commercial opportunitiesManage content inventory on IPAD and intranet site for sales teamTriage client service issuesAssist with client eventsField questions from the sales forceManage all project tracker spreadsheets with lists of critical action itemsBe a subject matter expert on tools used by sales forceAssist with sales reporting as needed
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and strong academic backgroundStrong interest in sales, marketing and the financial marketsExcellent verbal communicationAbility to multitask and prioritizeAbility to work in a fast paced environment that is extremely dynamicStrong time management skillsKeen attention to detailPreferred Qualifications
Experience in asset or wealth management preferred but not requiredWillingness to learn new businesses and take on new tasksStrong Excel and PowerPoint skillsSeries 7 and 63 registration preferred or obtained within 3 months
Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $90000-$125000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
