Asset & Wealth Management Events Team Analyst

The Asset and Wealth Management (AWM)Events Team partners with AWM Business to deliver consistent, high-caliber, high-touch client events. These events focus on net-new client acquisition, increasing flows, and building stronger client relationships while building our brand. You will have the opportunity to directly support the Head of AWM Events Team in addition to partnering with Private Banking (PB) Event Planners and the AWM Sports & Entertainment Lead. You will work on multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from large events to an intimate roundtable dinner, sports & entertainment ticket allocations, and AWM Events Head's priority projects.
As an Events Team Analyst within the Asset and Wealth Management (AWM) Events Team, you will have the opportunity to directly support the Head of AWM Events Team and partner with Private Banking (PB) Event Planners and the AWM Sports & Entertainment Lead. Your involvement will span across multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from large events to intimate roundtable dinners, sports & entertainment ticket allocations, and priority projects. Your role will be pivotal in event execution, bringing ideas and proposed solutions to the market with strategic execution in mind. You will also play a support role in sports & entertainment by liaising with the Corporate Sponsorship Team to procure AWM ticket allocations and prioritize distribution across the Business. This role will also require you to support the AWM Events Head by managing calendar, expenses, monthly newsletter, and special projects.
**Job responsibilities**
+ Provide overall support for Head of AWM Events and AWM Events Team globally
+ Manage of confidential client data, various event budgets, calendars, and operational efficiencies
+ Assist managing sports & entertainment ticket inventory, allocation to business, and compliance reporting
+ Complete pre-event tasks such as briefing templates, production of name badges, place cards, menu cards, printed materials; seating assignments for events; packing and shipping of event supplies
+ Provide Onsite event staffing which may include registration desk management, distribution of materials, oversight of presentations/AV needs, and coordination with vendors
+ Manage event email communications via our event management platform, including the invitation, reminders, and post event communications
+ Complete post-event tasks such as final data management and event debrief documents
+ Assist in researching event venues and obtaining event proposals
+ Support the project management of AWM Events Head's priority projects
+ Provide budget support including invoicing and expense management
+ Maintain event supplies inventory, ensuring all necessary items are in stock and well organized
**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
+ A minimum of one years of work experience
+ Must be able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
+ Excellent oral and written communications skills
+ Excellent organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
+ Ability to prioritize tasks and communicate clearly amongst a variety of personalities
+ Excellent/advanced Microsoft Excel, Word , PowerPoint, and Access
+ Ability to problem solve and pivot focus as business priorities change
+ Ability to work early morning and late evening events, understanding last minute opportunities may produce schedule changes
**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
+ Financial services experience and event planning experience are a plus
