YOUR IMPACT
Our Wealth Management Team is looking for a dynamic and transformational Leader who can help oversee functions with Trade Support and/or Client Onboarding experience. Build strong performing teams by driving commercial strategy and embedding a strong risk management framework. Will be involved in contributing to the region’s strategic priorities that sync up with the overall Global divisional goals.

Operations is a dynamic, multi-faceted function that partners with all parts of the firm to provide banking, securities, and asset management services to clients around the world. In addition, Operations provides essential risk management and controls to preserve and enhance the firm's assets and its reputation. For every new product launched and every trade executed, it is Operations that develops and manages the processes and controls that enable business flow.
JOB SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES

Bachelor's degree required.At least 5+ years of work experience as a senior leader in Business, Operations or Risk related field.Industry knowledge, basic accounting knowledge as well as MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel) requiredProven analytical skills, problem solving ability, and a control mentality paired with meticulous attention to detail.Aptitude for building relationships and ability to communicate complex issues to a wide array of internal clients with differing levels of product experience.Strong motivation to succeed, both as an individual and as a teamAbility to mentor and a mange a teamAbility to work under pressure, prioritize and meet deadlinesEffective problem solving and critical-thinking skillsAbility to use discretion and good judgementGood understanding of products, functioning and riskExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong appreciation of client service.Strong analytical skills and exposure to project workABOUT GOLDMAN SACHS
