Job Description
We’re looking for an Assets Operations Senior Specialist to join our team, focusing on Assets within the Global Products Operations area.
An Assets Operations Senior Specialist's role is to support the Assets product team as a representative of the Payment Operations organization in the United States - to ensure that new and current products, features and processes scale efficiently and securely.
Here’s how you’ll be contributing to the team
Handle manual recurring tasks that result from customers investing, divesting, or moving funds into different asset products such as stock or interest accountsProvide daily support to the stakeholders involved in the launch, maintenance and improvement of products owned by AssetsMaintain consistent and high level execution of recurring responsibilities within the Assets domainWork with Banking, Treasury, product managers and engineers of multiple teams to find solutions and opportunities for process optimizationCoordinate new products/partners set-up, testing and launches from operational sideCoordinate central changes - communicate with Payment Operations teams, collaborate with stakeholders in - and outside of the organization (from Finance to Compliance and beyond)Own training, communication and documentation of the Assets Operations domainAct as the first level escalation point on the cases and crisis level within own area, handling incidents in your area of expertiseAct as first point of contact for global products in Payments Operations organization as well as Product teamsQualifications

Some extra skills that would be nice to have:
You have passed the SIE (Securities Industry Essentials) and Series 99 exams. You have payments or finance background You know how to use different processes improvements methodologies You have basic data skills and know where to find the supporting data for your projectsExperience with SQL, Google Analytics, Looker or similar data visualization toolsAdditional Information
Obtaining the SIE and Series 99 licenses is mandatory for this role, but candidates are not required to have them at the time of application; we will provide study support and exam resources.This is a hybrid position located in Austin, Texas and not fully remote. You must be able to commute to the office or open to relocationYou must already be legally authorized to work in the US, we cannot sponsor Visas for this positionThe salary range for this role is $70,720 annual
