We are looking for aAssistance ManagerDigital Marketing to work within our Unilever Food Solutions Organization.
Key responsibilities include the following:
1. Strategic Planning and Campaign Management:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies tailored for Turkey and Arabia regions.
Plan and execute lead generation campaigns, leveraging multi-channel content.
Prepare and oversee the execution of operator-specific digital marketing plans.
Strategize and manage chef influencer campaigns end-to-end.
2. Performance Marketing and Optimization:
Manage always-on paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, ensuring optimal performance through regular tracking and improvements.
Develop and execute SEO strategies, monitoring performance to enhance search visibility.
Drives & owns digital engagement metrics ( # engaged and Eng Frequency ) to create best in class customer experience for Operators.
Manages Whatsapp for Business activity planning and calendar.
3. Content and Social Media Management
Create and oversee the social media organic posting calendar.
Supervise the production of visuals for digital marketing campaigns and email marketing.
Manage photography, video production, and event close-out videos.
4. Email Marketing and CRM:
Execute email marketing campaigns using Marketo tool, ensuring audience engagement and conversion.
5. Website Management:
Oversee website improvement projects in collaboration with external agencies.
6. Reporting and Budget Management:
Prepare quarterly newsletters to update internal stakeholders on digital marketing activities.
Manage and report on the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Business Skills
A minimum of 2 years digital marketing experience in food category or FMCG industry (B2B experience is preferred).
Must have a good understanding of all aspects of digital marketing.
Experience in working with external agency partners (advertising, media, PR, influencer).
Experience in driving revenues, collaborating with multiple brand/ business stakeholders. Key stakeholders: Country Marketing Leads, Country Business Excellence Leads, META Digital Marketing Lead.
Prior experience working and leading in cross-functional teams both F2F and virtually.
