We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled AVP - Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of data visualization solutions that drive business insights. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Tableau, CRM Analytics (CRMA), revenue intelligence, and UI/UX design principles to enhance user experience and interface for data visualization. This role will require working closely with business stakeholders to provide data-driven insights that influence decision-making at an enterprise level.
Responsibilities
Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually appealing Tableau and CRM Analytics (CRMA) dashboards to meet business needs.
Revenue Intelligence: Utilize data analytics to track, analyze, and optimize revenue performance. Provide insights on sales, marketing, and financial data to support strategic decision-making.
User Experience Interface Design: Implement UI/UX best practices to create intuitive, user-friendly dashboards that improve accessibility and decision-making.
Data Management: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all BI reporting solutions. Perform data cleansing, transformation, and optimization tasks.
Optimization Performance: Optimize Tableau workbooks, CRMA dashboards, and data sources for efficiency and performance improvements.
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting needs and translate them into effective BI solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with business teams, data engineers, and IT to ensure seamless data integration and accessibility.
Automation Innovation: Identify opportunities to automate reports, improve efficiency, and enhance visualization techniques.
Troubleshooting Maintenance: Regularly monitor dashboards, resolve performance issues, and ensure continuous improvements.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of BI solutions, including data dictionaries, user guides, and best practices.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, and visualization.
Expertise in Tableau (Desktop, Server, and Prep) and CRM Analytics (CRMA).
Strong experience in revenue intelligence, including financial and sales performance analytics.
Proficiency in UI/UX design principles for data visualization and dashboard development.
Advanced knowledge of SQL, data modelling, and ETL processes.
Experience working with Salesforce (SFDC) data and integrating with multiple BI tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to translate complex data insights into business-friendly narratives.
Bachelor’s degree. Preferred bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, data science, or a related field.
Experience with Tableau, CRM Analytics, Einstein to name a few.
Expertise in integrating data sources and connectors on Tableau and CRM-A.
Tableau and CRMA(Salesforce) Certification (e.g., Tableau Desktop Specialist, Tableau Desktop Certified Professional) is preferred but not necessary for the right candidate.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Ability to drive end-to-end BI initiatives from strategy to execution.
Knowledge of advanced analytics and machine learning techniques.
Experience with B2B organizational models.
Experience with AI/ML-driven analytics for business intelligence.
Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
