Assistant, Accounts Receivable & Non-gaming Credit is responsible to
Handle accounts receivable related matters for hotel, F&B, entertainment and mall tenants for Macau properties
Check all accounts receivable transactions and ensure correct data is entered into the systems
Follow up the payment from payment vendors and customers in timely manner
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Ensure all credit card and QR code transactions related to all non-gaming operations are properly audited, booked and reconciled to bank payment advice and systems
Daily posting of receipts from payment vendors and debtors into systems
Preparation of supporting documents for invoices to debtors
Follow up outstanding invoices to mall tenants, travel agents and companies
Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
Proper filing of documents
Attend to enquiries from customers and internal departments
Assist Manager and Supervisor for any ad hoc reporting
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:Able to meet timelines set by superiorsAble to handle issues independently and accurately
Able to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external parties
QUALIFICATIONS:ExperienceExperience in integrated resort accounting department is preferred but not necessary
Experience with a computerized system is a must
Education
Appropriate tertiary qualification, majoring in Accounting/Finance
Skills / Competencies
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Good in using Excel and other MS office tools
Displays a high commitment to improve customer service
Self motivation to achieve business objectives and common goals
Work as a team member
