This position involves managing logistics, processing returns, collaborating with various teams (such as marketing, IT, and customer service), and utilizing data insights to improve operational performance and reduce costs. The eCommerce Operations team plays a crucial role in maintaining smooth business processes, enhancing the customer experience, and driving overall business growth.
