Job Description

The opportunity:

As a Global Sourcing Assistant, you will thrive in a dynamic environment, supporting the creation process of new styles while developing your expertise. Working closely with the Global Sourcing Specialist, you will ensure a seamless and constant flow of information with our suppliers and our Hong Kong office, contributing to the efficiency and innovation of our sourcing operations.

What you’ll do:

Maintains and organizes booking plan and roll outTracks and accesses weekly factory production status reports/approvals (WIP)Adheres to T&A calendar, responsible for protoFollows up on tech-packs and respects key datesUnderstands compliances rules.Manages inbound and outbound packages

Qualifications

What Sets You Apart:

College degree or equivalentMinimum of 1 year related experienceExperience in retail environment is considered an assetProficiency in ExcelStrong communication and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
