How you will contribute to our magical experience?

The Assistant, Licensing & Publishing will give full support to Publishing’s regional commercial team regarding administration process.

The Assistant, Licensing & Publishing will be responsible for:

On-boarding regional contracts (new agreements and amendments) Approval process validationFama & ILS: Support licensees by addressing inquiries, managing requests, and overseeing the organization and documentation of Fama/ILS processCasual Buyer: Responsible for requesting POs (Purchase Orders), receiving invoices for services provided by third parties across the region, verifying compliance with our policies, and organizing paymentsForecast & Reporting validation (global and regional Licensees)

What we need from you to be part of this story:

At least 1 year in administration area.Required leadership experience (if applicable):NATechnical expertise: Analytical and deductive thinkingWork tools/ Systems/ Software required and level of expertise: Excel, Word, PPT (Microsoft package)Skills/key competences: Proactivity, Methodic, Team-work ability and oriented to detailsLanguages: English (Advanced) and Portuguese (desirable)Availability to travel (if applicable): NAFormal education: Business Administration, Accounting (or related)
