We are seeking a passionate individual to join our team for the 2025 season. Applicants can come from any discipline or background as long as you have the curiosity, open-mindedness, and perseverance to take on new challenges.
As an Assistant for the Minor League Operations & Development department, you will be fully immersed in our department and given the resources to learn, grow, and develop over the course of the season. In this role, you will assist with day-to-day baseball operations administration for MLB’s affiliated minor league system and Partner Leagues, while also engaging in discussions surrounding the generation of ideas to enhance and improve the broader player development system.

Qualifications
Undergraduate degree with strong academic performance from any discipline or background Excellent written and oral communications skills Astute attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills Intrinsically motivated, reliable, and outstanding work ethic Strong reasoning ability and critical thinking skills Familiarity with Major League Club operations regarding the minor leagues is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining availability outside of normal business hours as dictated by baseball operations activity across the leaguePay Range: $25 - $28 per hour
