How you will contribute to our magical experience:
We are looking for an Operations Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role will provide critical operational support in handling Purchase Orders (POs), vendor management, and various administrative tasks for theatrical and streaming releases. If you are a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you!
The Operations Assistant will be responsible for:
New Vendor Requests: Managing requests for new vendors on the system for all areas, including Operations, Music, and DCVI.PO Creation & Follow-Up: Responsible for creating and following up on all Purchase Orders, ensuring invoices are tracked and payments are processed.COUPA System: Managing requests, invoicing, and tracking payments within the COUPA system.INCAA Censorship Requests: Handling the request process for trailers and features, and coordinating necessary legal documentation (Declaraciones Juradas) for each release title.Premium Requests & Follow-Up: Coordinating with vendors for premium requests and ensuring timely follow-up on orders and deliveries.Customs Broker Contact: Managing communication with the customs broker for necessary imports.DCVI Sheets: Fulfillment of daily updates and follow-up for DCVI excel sheets.Vendor Relations: Daily contact with merchandise vendors and ensuring smooth coordination.What we need from you to be part of this story:
1+ year of experience in similar rolesAdvanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (required)Knowledge of Coupa and SAP systems (preferred)Intermediate level of EnglishProficient in managing Purchase Orders (POs) and invoices from suppliersAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAdditional Information:
