POSITION SUMMARY:
The Assistant, Training & Development, reports under the supervision of the Head of Training & Development. He/she is responsible to provide administrative and operational support within the Training and Development Department.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Liaise and coordinate with BUs all training & development activities, training completions and follow-ups.Assists in the administration of external training requests.Manages and maintains in-house training facilities and equipment.Supports the planning and organising of training room bookings and allocations, preparation of training materials/equipment and room set-ups.Maintains training database, systems, and applications.Helps in designing and updating presentations including its creative aspects.Delivers training programs as assigned.Participates in cross-organisational projects and brainstorming as directed by the Head of Training and Development.Ensures that all required duties are performed on time, to achieve the approved training plans and timelines.Follow and implement HR policy and proceduresQUALIFICATIONS:
A Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Gaming Management, or another relevant subject.Exposure in supporting training and development department is a factor but not a must.An HRDA trainer accreditation will be considered an advantage.Skills / Competencies
