1. Able to handle high volume of reports from technicians on daily basis
2. Contact technicians to inform them of emergency services and/or other information
3. Keep logs or daily reports from installers inventory
4. Closing work orders of completed and reported jobs. Ensure all work orders are closed in the system at the end of the day (160/180 jobs) per day.
5. Prepare/type route daily sheets for next day jobs (11 Installers)
6. Issue out daily equipment for field technicians (Scan devices and enter it into the database)
7. Complete daily Disposition ( to be submitted to CS team)
8. Able to assist in other areas of the department when needed. (Assembling boxes/benching equipment)
Preferred:
Excellent Customer Service skills
English and Spanish fluently
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to multitask

Able to use Microsoft word and Excel
