Your role and responsibilitiesProvides administrative services and/or secretarial assistance at an organization or business level.
Qualifications for the rolePerforms complex administrative tasks and takes ownership of delivering specific business processes/programs.Assists a business/business manager(s) in all business-relevant administration tasks, such as conducting research, compiling, verifying the information, and creating special reports, presentations, organization charts, correspondence, and other relevant documents.Responsible for different communication tasks within their own area of responsibility, ensuring sharing of knowledge and information to keep others informed and up to date.Implements ABB processes and initiates continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.Acts as the point of contact for internal/external inquiries via phone and email, assesses the urgency of issues, and initiates appropriate action.Arranges business-critical internal/external events, including arranging travel, developing itineraries, booking accommodation, registering for conferences, and coordinating with visiting speakers, among other tasks.Provides financial support at a business level, which includes monitoring budget spend, raising and approving requisitions/invoices, and other related tasks.COLLABORATION / LEADERSHIP\tProvides confidential support to individual executives and/or management team members.\tCoaches, and may have solid line manager responsibility for junior administration staff.\tEnsures adherence to the collaboration objectives of the team to maximize results for ABB.\tLeads their development journey by seeking knowledge and learning opportunities within the team.\tManages relationships with stakeholders in their own area of responsibility and ensures alignment.
