As a Healthcare Category Development Assistant, you’ll be an integral part of the broader Healthcare Development & Public Affairs team, reporting into a Healthcare Development Manager. You’ll bring your exceptional organisational skills, eagerness to learn, and keen eye for detail to the role. Working alongside a passionate, multi-skilled team, you’ll be part of an exciting group committed to delivering impactful results.
Key responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the team across various development projects.
Assist the team in the continuous development of future in-store experience and partnership propositions.
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including third-party suppliers and partners, and internal cross-functional teams.
Build strong internal relationships to gain a comprehensive understanding of wider business functions.
Take ownership of critical path elements, holding team members accountable to ensure milestones are met.
Stay informed on performance metrics and important trends within the healthcare market, and share insights with key stakeholders.
What you’ll need to have
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with both internal teams and external partners
A collaborative mindset to work effectively in a dynamic, multi-skilled team environment
Strong verbal and written communication to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, third-party suppliers, and stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and stay on top of project timelines and deadlines
A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in tracking milestones, managing administrative tasks, and reviewing project documentation
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other tools to support analysis and report generation
It would be great if you also have
A basic understanding of healthcare market trends to provide insights and contribute to future proposition development.
