Assistant Account Manager - Marketplace

* Support Account Managers in managing and growing seller accounts on Newegg Marketplace. * Assist with the onboarding process for new sellers, including setting up stores and product listings. * Help coordinate promotional campaigns and merchandising activities across categories. * Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, content, and operations to support seller needs. * Monitor seller performance metrics and assist in preparing performance reports. * Conduct basic market research and gather competitor insights to support strategic planning. * Ensure accurate and timely updates of seller content and pricing on the platform. * Help track marketing funds (e.g., MDF/Co-op) usage under the guidance of senior team members. * Maintain strong communication with sellers to address questions and provide timely support. * Perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth execution of marketplace initiatives. * Other duties as assigned. * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field OR 1-2 years of relevant experience in an e-commerce, merchandising, or digital sales support role. * Understanding of online retail platforms and marketplace ecosystems is a plus. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset. * Basic analytical skills; able to interpret data and identify trends. * Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools.
